Accessibility
Last reviewed: 09/01/2026
Learning should be open to everyone who wants to take part, and so should this website. Copper Comma aims for the site and its resources to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we’ve done
Text and background colors chosen to meet contrast guidelines
Headings in a logical order, so the pages make sense to screen readers
Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
Visible focus outlines, so keyboard users can see where they are
Interactive activities that offer keyboard controls and buttons in addition to mouse or touch
Every embedded activity also available in a full window
Known limitations
We haven’t yet completed a formal, independent accessibility audit. Some interactive portfolio activities are prototypes, and a full browser and assistive-technology review is still in progress. Some downloadable files may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We’re working through these as we go.
Ask for what you need
If something on this site is hard to use because of a disability, please tell us. Email hello@coppercomma.com, describe the page or product, and say what would help. We’ll reply within 5 business days.
If you’ve purchased a resource and need an accessible version, such as large print or a screen-reader-friendly PDF, we’ll provide one at no cost. Changes to a resource’s design or content, such as school colors, logos, or a custom version, are custom design work. You can ask about it through the contact page.
We welcome feedback. It helps us improve the site for everyone.
